This membership level is for anyone who has previously completed a CARE class. Scan of CCI Handbook completed Requirements 1-5 OR CARE Certificate required. Pay and complete the membership form from the homepage, then mail a copy of your CCI Handbook Application Form & Checklist page (116-117 in the current 21st edition) OR a copy of your CARE certificate, along with the completed NOTE Membership Form to the address on the form. Includes all benefits of Levels 1 & 2, plus more.
